If you've ever liked any TBS you will like these. They can be quite challenging so I recommend patience.

I hate how Gallean's Return doesnt include Rise of the Elves
They were always two separate games.
the gold edition has both, but am not sure if thats on sale as well.
Doesnt matter, they are still separate even if you get the gold edition.
And they're both 1.76!

Jesus are you that cheap??!?

Yes, I am actually very cheap, but that's not the point. I already have Disciples II: Gold on GMG which I got for free as part of their sale/promo and it doesn't include Gallean's Return but does have ROTE.

What I'm upset about is there's no way to buy one package which would have all expansions in the series. You have to have EITHER Disciples II: Gold OR Gallean's Return + Rise of the Elves bought separately.

It's all sort of moot point cause I beat all these games(except for Gallean's Return) many years ago many times over, but it's the principle of the thing, see?

That being said I might buy Gallean's Return just for the sake of owning most of these games on Steam, plus it would be nice to replay them with all the new features.

By the way, how do you feel about Disciples III? Not the original, but the one called Reincarnation. I thought the original was horrible, but Reincarnation is actually playable...

YOU DONT NEED THIS!

If you have gold from GOG you got everything. All 3 campaigns.

The first two are in galeans return and the 3rd is in Elves.

And disciples 3 is crap. They completely changed gameplay and it stinks.

I actually prefer Disciples 3 over 1 and 2. I always felt the gameplay of the first games was too restricted in battle. Disciples 3 opened it up and I loved it.

Correct me if I am wrong, but none of the Gold edition's inclusions give you the novel features of Gallean's Return like capturing capitals, randomized maps, and improved map sizes/resolution.

EDIT: Turns out I didn't know what I was talking about. The gold edition DOES include Gallean's return! Too bad it's pulled from steam. But At least I have it on GMG. By the way, for those that want the gold ed, it's on GMG now for $1.99.
