Koni, LOL!

pg, you probably don't realize it, but not only was the election booklet they used in FLA against FLA law but the sheet that you put into the "butterfly ballot" didn't always line up, that is why many people came out of the booth exasperated to find out that they punched the second hole and not the third.

zippy,

All ballots in Florida went against the Florida law that recommends you write an 'X' to the right of the cantidate's name. I'm sure if you blow the dust off the voting law books of all the other states, the election would be a wash.

zippy: That law is not even remotely as applicable as you so blithely state. The specific restriction on placing the X to the right of the name applies to written ballots, not machine counted ones. There is discretion in the creation of those ballots. Read the statutes yourself instead of just parroting the liberal media.

No kidding Andrew ... and if they had read some of the other posts in the forum they might have realized since I think its already been argued. The ballot because of it not being a written one was legal . Had it been written then it wouldn't have ... but other way ... seeing as how it was designed and approve by a democrat ... all they can do is blame themselves ...
