All of a sudden Diablo has infected my PC

Ok, so I've played all the way through Diablo II on my old system, but for some reason Diablo II seems to lock-up my new system. Yes, I am OC'ing, but I've already tested under 100% load with no probs at that speed. But, just in case, I dialed the speed back. I loaded the game up the other day and played for about a hour or so with no probs. Then all of a sudden, it decided to lockup on me yesterday. It only seemed to happen after I configured Diablo II to run in a window (added -w to the .exe target line). System specs listed below.... Have any of you encountered a similar instance?

OC'ed stats:
Athlon T'Bird 800@990 (110FSB x 9.0 @ 1.85v)

Dialed back stats:
Athlon T'Bird 800@900 (100FSB x 9.0 @ 1.70v)
128 MB Mushkin High Pref Cas2 133
LeadTek Winfast DDR Rev2 (I think it's running 6.22 drivers)
SoundBlaster Live platinum
Maxtor 30 gig
Creative 52X

I personally have not had trouble with D2..
Cept that it would lock up hard if i was running Direct3d. If all else fails, try running in directdraw. Less Eye Candy. More speed.
