It gets a lot colder here than TN.

Many,many,MANY people from New York state move south when they can afford to.

CA. may be a better choice,weather wise.

West point is not NY city,but,is not really far away from it,

I would check on housing costs,as i bet its high!

is it a LOT colder there than North Jersey??

I've lived in TN and North Jersey and i don't find North Jersey any colder really than TN.

have you actually ever lived in TN?

TN is colder than one might suspect because of how far south it is. most of TN is moutains and it gets very cold up there.
 
I think it snowed up there yesterday.

That's only like 40 min from where I am currently at school (Newark)

Guess I'll have to put the Snow tires on this weekend.
