Question All my folders become read only. Any quick way to fix!

I tried to recover a deleted file using CleverFiles Disk Drill for Windows 10. I opened Disk Drill while I had other programs open. Now I think it is making all my folders readonly. Every folder in every drive. I tried to uncheck the readonly attribute on one top level folder and it took very long to apply. Is there an easier way to remove the readonly attribute from all folders?

Upon further investingating, it looks like somehow it changed the user account to "read and execute" permission only. I can that on user account level, but when it applies, I had to hit "countine" on all protected program files, and there's no "ignore all" option. It's going to be a long day.
