OK here's my situation, I recently bought a ATI All In Wonder x800xt, and in my motherboard manual it clearly states that no cards other than 1.5 volt cards can be used (found that out after the fact). Well the AIW is a 3.3 volt card. What I want to know is... does anyone know how serious is that "warning" in the manual and/or does anyone know of a motherboard that supports this card along with these specs:

P4 2.4 800FSB 478 pin
DRR 400 (3200)
on-board Lan & so on...with all the other bells and whisles.

I tried looking with no success...

I'm tring to replace asa few components as possible, so I"m hoping only the motherboard needs to be replaceed...

TIA

A 350-watt power supply may be required in some fully-loaded PC systems where a number of other internal devices are installed.
Intel® Pentium® 4/Celeron?, AMD® Athlon® or compatible with AGP 8X (0.8V) or 4X (1.5V) slot

Thank you guys so much. I was really confused because in my motherboard manual it shows a picture of what a 3.3 volt AGP card connector looks like and a 1.5 volt AGP connector, and the AIW looks like the 3.3 volt picture. (so who knows...) But the card works great!

Thank you very much for the help and saving me some cash.
