What can they do? How does the tv tuner work and does it work for basic cable? Is it worth getting? Any responses will be appreciated as I have done some research but still not been able to figure it out yet.

they can do pretty much what any good gfx card can do and u can watch TV on ur computer with it and play games with reasonable quality.
As of now the AIW x1900 is a steal.

ATI site trade up program while will come out to about 129.99 shipped is what I am going for. Worth it do u think over getting full pci express with normal pci e video card?
