All In Wonder users, Ho do I Conver VCR format File ?

I am capturing TV using original AIW radeon. I can't seem to convert .vcr file to mpg or avi. vcr being the propeitary ati format normal programs cant open it. Any body has a solution ?

right click on the file in the library>pick convert to Mpeg or something (I'm doing it from memory)

In library ?! library of what program?

The library application in MMC 7.x.

You can also change the default format with the initialization wizard, or pick the MPEG or AVI presets in the digital VCR.

Are you talking about the file player application?. I know i can capture in mpeg, but you have to set it every time manually, i schedule capture.

No, in the TV application....go to the display tab of the TV player setup and click on the initialization wizard in the bottom left, keep clicking next untill you get to the screen after the sound intialization screen. You should see a drop down box to pick the default capture format where you can pick from: ATi digital VCR, MPEG format, AVI format, and windows media format, just take your pick.
