Hey, just wondering if anyone has a solution or an idea what happened.
I've had my All In Wonder Radeon card for a little over 2 years now. I've upgraded drivers and software periodically, and I've always had all the features working fine.
All of a sudden, about a month ago, the Record feature stopped working. I would press record, and it would seem like it was recording. But when I checked the file later, it would be a small file (less than 1000 KB) that seemed to be a Windows screensaver 2 second video or something weird like that. Very strange. At any rate, I figured I would upgrade to MMC 8.1 and the newest drivers...well, same sort of issue, except now it doesn't even pretend to record. It just sits on "00:00:00" for time recorded.
Any idea what the problem is? The stopping of the ability to record did NOT coincide with an upgrade in software or drivers. In addition, I have upgraded to DirectX 9 and Windows Media Encoder Series 9 as ATI's site instructed for MMC 8.1
