All-in-one webcam package?

Could someone suggest an over-all webcam package? I just bought a Logitech QuickCam Pro 4000 but the software it comes with forces users to use their SpotLife service to upload files and to do streams. I'd like something similar to ImageStudio (Logitech's software) which can

Create video / pictures
create animations (ie: time-lapse / stop motion)
motion detector
web cam - pictures uploaded in intervals in an html page
broadcast live video
and can do face tracking
(all features above are in ImageStudio)

the feature that i'm most interested in is the motion detector.
