all in one printer reccomendation

Need a scan, copy, print printer that will get the job done and will network easily. the two questions i have are

what is the difference in ethernet vs usb as far as networking goes

what is the best printer for the money

If you are not interested in printing photos I say go with HP. My F4180 works great for what I use it for. "By far, the slowest part of the entire system will be the printer, so speed won't matter. If you are going to share the printer on a network, then ethernet would be best because it doesn't require a host computer to be on. If it's just for this one computer and you'd like to connect to the internet via ethernet but don't have a router, then USB is best. Other than those two conditions, I don't think it will matter."
