all-in-one os installer CD

at work, we have a bunch of old computers which we're formatting HD, installing new OS, etc....preparing them for sale to the general public
most of them are gateways originally with Win95, but one of them had win 98 on it, and our help desk guy had a CD that he made which was essentially a Win98 startup disk and OS installer disk all in one CD with custom drivers on it for all their machines

how would you go about making something like this???

There's a built-in tool on the Win98 and Win98SE disk called infinst or something like that, in the tools directory on the CD. It lets you add inf and driver files to a network Windows installation. All you'd have to do would be to copy the contents of the Win98 disk to your hard drive, use infinst to copy the appropriate drivers, then burn the entire contents of the newly-upgraded install to a CD-R.
