All-in-one INTERNAL card reader?

Anyone know of an INTERNAL memory card reader? I'd like one that uses a 3.5 or 5.25 drive bay, and has PCMCIA, CF 1/2, SM, and MMC at least. I already have some USB readers, but would rather have them all grouped into one drive bay and ready to go at any time without finding the damned USB readers in my mess of a desk ;-)
 
Thanks, but I am looking for one that works without using adapters. I already have a dual PCMCIA internal reader somewhere in my mess (found the manual and ISA card, but not the drive). I don't want to have to spend a mint on various adapters if I can find a drive that has the various slots in it (and there'd be no worries about losing the adapters).
