Let's put it this way, if you are a pasty white enemy with no hair and shiny, wrinkly skin, you got a job for at least the next few years.

What happened to originality?

I thought FEAR enemies which are all "clones" was a pretty cheap way to use the same skin.

As for pasty skin creatures, when i kill them, i feel i am doing them a favor by putting them out of their misery. I would feel bad about shooting a 6' foot supermodel with curves that go on forever, not to mention I would have to take a minute to admire the scenery before I shot her....my .02
