All curently shipping XP CPUs are MP capable?

Is this the case now? I have an MP MB and some oder MP CPUs. It still works fine but I'd like to upgrade the CPUs to some faster ones and have read that most but not all XP cpus are MP capable (but that was sometime ago that I read that). What is the real story?

No XP cpu will come with multiprocessor capability. They have to be modded, its real easy to do. Palominos are easily modded, and there is even a way to mod the bartons i believe. Just google it.
