Another fine illustration as to why you should never ( I mean ever) under any circumstances trust a prosecutor if you find yourself in trouble for any reason. The faster your vocabulary reduces itself to your name and the name of your attorney the better off you'll be.

That's tough to actually prove unless she recants. Proving a negative (that is, that she wasn't raped) is tricky - it's her word against the lacrosse players - and the fact that the prosecutors don't have enough to take the case to trial doesn't necessarily mean she wasn't raped (though I personally don't believe she was).

Because for months, everyone talking about this case only spoke about how wild lacrosse players were, and more or less assumed they were all rapists. Someone need to make light of the accusations...

unless you are in a emergancy and need help right now you do not trust a officer when he says "i am only trying to help you" or something like t hat.

If the police officer means legal help he is full of it. You never want to confuse for "help" you want to confuse for immunity or some other deal.
