hehe Just called Verizon customer service. They mentioned that all minutes used July 4th are considered Off-Peak!

1.New Year Day
2.Memorial Day

4.Labor Day

I know AT&T does this too, but it depends on your plan. About two years or so when I had Sprint (before their CS totally destoryed my love of their service) they offered that too. I would suggest you call and check.
