i'm having this strange problem. All my browsers (Mozilla, MSN Explorer) and instant messengers (yahoo, MSN) are working perfectly but IE can't open any website!!?? I don't know what the problem is. I had installed iMesh, then uninstalled it and then ran SpyBot. It is after this, that IE stopped working.
I don't know whether this is connected, but tcpsvcs.exe now starts up with windows everytime and my processor usage is 99%! How do I disable it? Also, is Mozilla made in Java? My processor usage is through the roof (even after shutting down tcpsvcs.exe) now that I've started using Mozilla.
And this machine is a laptop, so the less processor usage, the better. I have a P3 750 with 256MB RAM and running WinXP.
