Hi, i got a X1800XL and the cards fan just stops working and the cards temp rizes and the only way to get the fan spinng again is to reboot my PC.

The card is Built By Ati, i registered the card but i can't seem to find any info on how to contact them by phone, the only phone no. they give is for presales.

Any help would be great, also when i registered my card with ATI i never got any e-mail saying my card is regisistered or anything like that😕, but i can log on to ATI's suport but there no numbers to contact them on for help with my card only for pre sales.

Help me...😕

Just be careful and make sure you have long distance to Canada. Before I got VoIP, I had the .07 a minute plan with AT&T. A few years ago my 9700Pro died and I called ATI and was on hold for like 45 minutes in the queue (plus the 5-10 minuets on the phone talking to someone). When I got my next phone bill, I was very shocked to see a $75 charge on there for the call to ATI at "International" rates. I got them to drop the price of the call in half by signing up for one of their international plans for a small service fee. Needless to say, I signed up for VoIP the next month. ha.

Come on one of you guys must have registered with ATI and contacted the m by phone.

Whats their number...

sorry wish I could help you, but the only advice I can give is to go out and get an aftermarket cooler, will be nicer anyways.

Don't waste your time with Phone support. Follow ATI's instructions for Warranty Service https://support.ati.com/ics/support/def...deptID=894&task=knowledge&folderID=281">here</a>

That link does not work...🙁

OMG Quit spamming spammer Then click on Telephone!

Forget telephone support. After reading this Thread, I'm convinced phone support can't possibly help.

Thanks for the help, i spoke to someone from ATI and they said i need to fill up the RMA form then they will send me a email telling me where to send the video card to.

The only question i have is on the RMA page they ask: "Preferred Method of Service" and the only option is "repair", do i select it or what?
