All 3200+ skt 939s = 90nm?

I just ordered a 3200+ skt939 retail from MWave for $204 in a combo with the Epox 9NDA3 ($125) + free farcry.

Are all 3200+ in that socket going to be the 90nm version? It seems like a good deal for a retail 939 socket 3200+ and I wanted something in a 939 socket that will allow for better upgrades in the future...and maybe even some o/cing.
