All 2.6c owners, who's got a phillippines batch?

I was wondering how the philippines batch of the 2.6c are doing out in the OC world. I know location should make a difference but I still am curious. I just got a philipines one today.

how come the production of the chip determines the oc'ability? since when did the place it was "produced" matter? i dont think it matters where you got it... its just luck in general.

Not that it matters but .....my 2.6c Phillippine chip is running at 3510(270 FSB) at 1.65v.
