This limited product warranty does not cover damage caused during shipment (except the shipment to the original purchaser) and any damage caused by: actions that are beyond Alienware?s control, including without limitation, impacts, fluids, fire, flood, wind, earthquake, lightning or similar disaster, war, lockout, epidemic, destruction of production facilities, riot, insurrection, or material unavailability; unauthorized modifications, attachments or peripherals; improper use, environment, installation or electrical supply; improper maintenance; any other misuse, abuse or mishandling ."

I think that covers terrorism pretty well. As long as it can be partly covered by something on that list, Alienware is good to go.

next time you install a program, read the End User License Agreement (EULA), and marvel at the jargon and ass-covering.

the term "including without limitation" means that it's not an END ALL list. there can be more things that they haven't included in there.

What the hell?? This the first time you've read an exclusion listing? This is pretty standard. Essentially, its a long way to say
"If you do anything retarded, or anything retarded happens, YOU pay for it"

Unfortunately, because people ARE retarded they have to do a long drawn out exclusion otherwise people bitch that the warrenty wasnt upheld.
