Alienware cases

They sometimes show up on fleaBay. Tullphan and I got our Alienware workstation cases (variant on the Chenbro SR105xx) there.

There are a couple of cases on ebay but it looks like the case isn't very spacious. I have 7 hard drives and there is no way I can fit everything into it, just thought Alienware would look more cool. I currently have a Cooler Master Stacker 830 case.

The particular cases me & Zepper have are spacious, but I think limited to hdd space. I'm not sure if more can be mounted down at the bottom or not (behind the 92mm fan bracket).
I'm not sure how the newer-style Alienware cases are set up.

None of the Alienware cases I'm aware of are big on HDD space. You'll get space for 4 or 5 to start with and then you'll have to take up some 5" bays with a HDD rack. On the Aerocool Coolview I have in the FS/T thread linked below, you can put two, 4-drive HDD racks in there and still have four 5" bays left. Any original Stacker style case (10 or more 5" bays) can do that. Newegg shows 40 cases with 7 HDD bays and up.

In that case I might buy Xclio 1000 or Thermaltake Xaser VI. But I would have wanted something that looks good if am spending that much $$$ on a empty case.

I thought you said "looks good" both of the mentioned are pretty garish. The new Chieftec Aegis or the NZXT Tempest may be good while costing a bunch less. I prefer the more conservative Aegis. If you're willing to use a 5" bay or two for HDDs, then the XClio Windtunnel (WT) is a nice, big case.
. Or you can still bag an (RFFT) Rocketfish Full Tower (by Lian Li) on fleaBay (or check your local Craigslist or the FS/T section here) for perhaps under $100. if you're lucky. Only 6 dedicated HDD bays, but another can go into the bottom of the floppy cage if you want plus there are plenty of 5" bays for extra HDDs. See my thread and others on the RFFT here in this section.

about the only good thing about my alienware is that it looks good. other than that, its too small for my liking. after i got all this new hardware and PSU, i wish i had a better case. no 120mm fam support, i have 5 80mm fans running on a speed controller.

but hell, i got this case for 40$ so i cant complain about that :Q from a guy on craigslist that had about 6 computers at his house. even came with a 420watt alienware PSU thats useless to me. also came with a Win XP Pro COA

(i was running a second HD but it decided to crap out toally right after the 3 yr warranty was over form WD)
