Alienware case...where can they be bought?

Aside from purchasing an entire system from Alienware (which I would never do) where else can one find their cases? I have seen them on eBay from time to time but that's about it. Any ideas?
 
I tried to do this awhile back, i even called alienware.
They said they do not sell their cases alone, you have to buy the whole thing, and they do not plan to sell them anytime in the future.

Your best bet I guess would be to search on ebay like you said.
 
yeah, they did like how everyone copied their last case, and they want you to buy a pc from them if you want their predator case.
 
They have the front of the cases made specially for them but they are the same old Chieftec/Antec 1000 series design inside .

Their last case wasn't coppied (if you are talking about the one that is basically an antec 10x0 series SOHO server case). Everyone and their brother marketed one as theirs b/c they were great cases. However, they all bought them from one source, just like Alienware. AFAIK those cases were around before Alienware started using them. They did however have ALIENWARE inset into the front; however, I know of no company or person who coppied this... and who would want to?

If you were talking about a different case my bad... those are the only other cases I have known alien to use...

Yeah, they all get them from Chenming.
 
I can't imagine wanting a case like this anyway - even the original Alienware case. But since it is probable that AW copyrighted or patented the design, it's not going to be available except perhaps on ebay. Even there I would be very wary as to how the seller got their hands on it.
. So I'm just giving links to something similar as I spot them. And that A-Top case does look very well made inside and out. As far as the hokey plastic work, well there's no accounting for taste...

Oh you watch, some asian company overseas will copy it and make some minor modifications so that it's not a copyright/trademark infringement.
