or... if you're talking E.T.s, totally different story. unicellular most liekly. arriving on comets or space debris. fossils remnants in ancient water deposits on some plants such as saturn and possibly mar's south pole (if nasa would ever do anything right and get a craft to actually land). if they were advanced, they'd have long arms and fingers, smaller legs. small bodies and larger heads (all adapted for what they need in zero-Gs)

mdchessne, were you born stupid, or are you just another republican pigot.

It doesn't make any difference though. Arsewipes like you are meaningless anyway.

Humans are naturally egotistic, so we assume that extra-terrestrials will take a form much like our own. The truth is, beings on other planets will adapt in whatever way is necessary for their survival. Environmental factors are key to their development. Since humans are relatively weak and do not have large teeth, we needed to be intelligent enough to evade our predators (or come up with nuclear bombs to blow them up 🙂).

I agree with your statements here, however, I think you have the cause/effect backwards - I think it was due to our intelligence that we became weak, no longer needed big teeth, and we "develoved" as we learned how to make and use tools to do the sorts of things our bodies used to do for us.

Based on the environmental standpoint. It may vary to each kind of supposed "alien" that might be seen in the future. A high gravity planet would yield buffed up aliens with thick bones...Light gravity planet would came up with light boned, skinny aliens....a water planet would yield fish aliens..it depends 😕
