I can't believe these haven't been mentioned yet:

"Did IQs sharply drop while I was gone?" (Ripley during the hearing of the loss of the Nostromo)
"Quit your grinnin' and drop your linen. I found 'em!" (Cracks me up every time I watch the movie)


the whole Aliens sequence is amongst my favorites, tho' Alien3 was definitely below par of the others.
