aliens are trying to talk to me

I am watching tv on my dell, with a pinnacle pctv tuner card...all of a sudden I hear a muffled male voice talking..it sound like charlie brown 's teacher. I can't make out what is being said, and there is only one person talking..with pauses inbetween. How is this possible?
