Im bored so decided to ask this question

if alien decide to land on earth what right do they have(assume they landed in usa) can we shoot them and say we were scared and acted in self defense/self defense of the country.Or dose constitution gives them the right as to any human as soon as they enter earth atmosphere?

edit:also what basic rigts do they have under international law
