That was just...just the scariest thing I've ever seen in my entire life. And I refuse to imagine what could be worse.

I believe explode into a million pieces is more like it. Is this disease detectable through ultrasound (before the baby's born)....or is everyone in the delivery room in for a jaw-dropping shock?
