Alice in Chains - Dirt

A good night, the best in a long time.
A new friend turned me on to an old favorite.
Nothing better than a dealer who's high,
Be high, convince them to buy.... yeah...

Down in a Hole is on there huh? Man I love AIC, I'm going to pull that one out when I get home. And Unplugged is a classic relaxing CD with so much feeling and emotion.

Top Three Bands of all time (in no particular order):
Alice in Chains
Beastie Boys
Metallica

Sitting On An Angry Chair
Angry Walls That Steal The Air
Stomach Hurts And I Don't Care

What Do I See Across The Way
See Myself Molded In Clay
Stares At Me, Yeah I'm Afraid
Changing The Shape Of His Face

dirt is excellent (would?, rooster, angry chair). i also bought the jar of flies tape when it came out a couple years later, and i was hooked.

I am both delighted and surprised by this thread; delighted because AiC - Dirt is an amazing album and surprised because I thought only John Ashcroft's "patriotic song" album would earn praise from AT.

I haven't listened to that CD in a LONG time. I'll have to pull it out again.

Defenitely a great album. Junkhead has got to be one of my favorite songs of all time. Lyrics are excellent. The guitar solo, while not super technical or anything, is very moving.
