I think its a great idea. Not sure why its taken this long for anyone to act on it - the idea has been there for some time, in various forms.

I remember watching the Discovery channel and a guy setup a shrimp farm close to a Nuclear power plant. He got permission to use the warm waste water that flowed out into a creek. The shrimp thrived on it... then they grew ten feet tall, spit acid, and crushed a small town... but still a good idea.

So what was that town called? : P
