Im running XP Pro with SP1 all security updates, and NAV 2002. Whenever I boot XP, and immediatly look at task manager, I see aside from the normal processes, alg.exe running. Ive tried to search for this executable within windows, and checked all the places in the registry for startup, and havnt found it. I searched on google, symantec's site, and ms knowledge base and gotten no help, although I found a hint from a german site that it might be a trojan. Ive run a full virus scan and norton didnt detect anything. Anyone know what it is?
