by Ben Shapiro since she thinks Republicans are scared to debate her. If she's the "Future of the Party" as dubbed by Tom Perez then she should have no problem making a name off of one of the Republican millenial's prominent intellectuals, right?

Alexandria, this is what happens when you run your mouth - you get called out on it.
She's screwed either way:
1) If she debates Shapiro she'll get crushed like other people before her.
Ben on free healthcare
Ben vs CNN's Brian Stelter
2) If she backs down, she's seen as weak for running her mouth saying Republicans won't debate or talk to her.
Get you popcorn out, fellas - Bernie's puppet is about to get crushed by a High-IQ conservative if she's dumb enough to accept.
UPDATE:
AOC's response: "Just like catcalling, I don’t owe a response to unsolicited requests from men with bad intentions," she wrote. "And also like catcalling, for some reason they feel entitled to one."
Shapiro's response: "Discussion and debate are not 'bad intentions.' Slandering someone as a sexist catcaller without reason or evidence does demonstrate cowardice and bad intent, however."

Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro challenged Democratic House candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez to a debate on Wednesday and offered $10,000 for her campaign if she accepted the challenge.
In a segment on "The Ben Shapiro Show," he noted that Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez has called Ocasio-Cortez "the future of the party."
“Miss Ocasio-Cortez, I’m really excited that you’ve been elevated to that position and I would love to have a real conversation with you about the issues,” Shapiro said.
“You’ve noted that you think Republicans are afraid to debate you or talk to you or discuss the issues with you. Not only am I eager to discuss the issues with you, I’m willing to offer $10,000 to your campaign today for you to come on our Sunday special," he continued.
