Alexander - Will Oliver Stone deliver?

I think it looks pretty promising, although admittedly I'm still a little unsure of the casting of Alexander (Colin Ferrell? hrm). But I don't see any of those bullet-cam shots (King Arthur) or other flashy things going on (which I like actually, but it seems more and more movies are doing this). What do you guys think?

Didn't you get the memo? All movies you expect to do well will suck. The only good movies these days are the ones that no one sees in theaters yet somehow everyone talks about them and rents them on DVD and then say its fvcking brilliant.

Nah. I was certain Episode 2 would suck and Lucas didn't let me down.

I'm enjoying this summers' lineup so far, with it's Ancient History bent... I've always been a fan of ancient civilizations... so it's kind of nice to see it on the big screen, with the quality of effects and cinema available today...
