I don't get it. I enter my website url, Alexa 'builds' the widgets and gives me the code, and it says to just copy/paste it into the correct place in HTML.

When I do that, nothing shows up on my site. It's in the code, I didn't change anything, but it never views.

WTH is going on? Do I have to add ALL my site info in order to get Alexa to start tracking me or what?

EDIT: It displays "No data" for my site, how do I get it to not say this?

If it says "No data", that probably means Alexa has no data for your site. This is probably because the site is too new or gets too little traffic to have any useful information stored in their database.

After looking around Alexa's site a little more, it appears that they only track statistics for the top 100,000 web sites, so if the site you want to watch isn't busy enough to be in the top 100K worldwide, Alexa's widget won't work for you.
