My prediction: 9ers will trade for the Raiders' Andrew Walter or Josh McCown (most likely the former), who with that line will unfortunately get pummeled into oblivion once again..it's a shame Walter wasn't able to play for the Raiders this year who after fielding the worst line in the league last year now has the line responsible for giving their offense best rushing attack in the league.

Whether its worth it or not its hard to say. Judging from last season, the niners were in an upswing. They didn't look impressive the 1st few games offensively but their defense was. I never liked Alex Smith. Always thought he was overrated. He played in a crappy conference anyhow. He was a project at best.

I don't buy Matt Leinart's excuse of him wanting to go back to school one more season. I still believe Leinart is the better player. All the niners had to do was send some people his way and get him to realize the money they were willing to pay him. Leinart may want to continue being the Big man on campus, tons of ass but when you're looking at tons of money I'm sure he can get tons more with it. Plus if he left probably won't be having baby momma. well possibly have one but who knows.
