damn calm down, last time i checked you weren't a forum moderator. anyway, some people actually like gettin a heads up on certain scam e-mails. although most are extremely easy to spot, it's still nice to give the people in this forum some useful info. if the mods wanna delete/lock/deport this thread, then they'll do it

thx fer the heads up! 🙂

Yeah thanks for the SPAM alert. It would do you nicly to post this crap in OT forums. Or get some sort of spam filter? Choose one...

yeah thanks for the heads up ...

and who cares if it is in the wrong forum .... feel lucky this guy (or girl) is nice enough to pass it along to his (or her) friends here

🙂

There's enough fraud e-mails and other SPAM to take up an entire forum if everybody felt the need to post them.

It might not be an email scam. Based on the grammar, it appears that MBNA has outsourced its security to either India or Pakistan.

It does look awful with that grammar. Scams are easy to spot if the grammar is wrong, especially in more than one place. FWIW, my credit cards are through MBNA and I have not received this email.

It is a waste of space.

What if you don't have a MBNA credit card.

Besides, if your stupid enough to be scammed (or if they are that good) then (assuming you are bright, a lot of others will also be scammed) you deserve it (else *Fill in some recourse).

thx for the heads up, and for those who complain about this being in the wrong forum, do you really have that much time on your hand to point that out? the topic is very clear, dont enter this topic if you dont like it, i haven't seen you do anything positive either.

btw, think i spotted the IP to somewhere in miami

"If you have any question, feel free to write us at:"

Not outsourced, that's definitely an American mistake (should be "write TO us at:").

Talking about outsourcing, did anyone see the Fry's thread that someone said those idiots actually get 40-70K - they don't know squat and can barely speak the language!

1.) ...then do not click on this link (answer to your first question)

2.) When calling others stupid, you would be better served using proper grammar yourself, sir. Oh, it is 'you're', not 'your'....guess who looks stupid?

Thanks for the heads up, does sound fishy. I'm a card holder with them but not gotten an email like that though.

This thread is a complete waste of space on this forum. There's enough spam out there to fill this forum with "heads up" threads up the ass.

i vote that the OP add in this line on the top:

FOR THOSE THAT HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY THAN "WRONG FORUM" OR "THIS IS NOT A HOT DEAL", THE TOPIC OF DISCUSSION WAS CLEARLY NOTED IN THE TOPIC AND YOU HAD NO REASON TO READ THIS. IF YOU CLICKED THIS THREAD, THAT INHERENTLY MEANS YOU WERE EITHER INTERESTED OR JUST CAME IN HERE TO THREAD CRAP. WHICH ONE ARE YOU?

//krunk (^_^x)

well, I'm a thread crapper. this is crap so i think i'll crap on it.

anyone who falls for these things is a crap head anyway. why the crap not let the little crappers get the crap screwed outta them by some crappy pseudo-scam. crap on you all.
