I will give you a pass because you don't have a clue what ALEC is...which seems to be the norm in Rightwingville.
Nah, I was just making fun of your breathless
An inside look in a secretive group who poses as an lobbyists......
and ALEC exposed!!!!11!!111 title.
That have been around since 1973 and been featured by such trusted sources as.

So I was just making fun of your tinfoil hattedness that this non-profit that's been around for about 40 years and has been featured in every single left leaning media source in the United States is somehow "stealth" or anonymous. Frankly I support some of what they do including shutting down expensive nuisance lawsuits mentioned in one of your links.

Because it's just businesses using their freedom for America, to suppress votes, not like, say, that threat the the nation ACORN who dared to REGISTER voters.

If you would have read the article you would have been able to realize what "exposed" was referring to instead of posting an obvious retort which has nothing to do with the crux of this article.

Yet the Democrats are owned by these same corporations/lobbyists.
Don't you think that's just a matter of insurance in case the people fuck up your first buy?

Hayabusa says the two parties are out for themselves, but everybody is out to buy the two parties, so in a world where everybody is out for himself or his first priority, who will look out for what is best for the American people in general and does such a group even exist. Maybe it's not about blue berry pie and who ate the pie, but making sure you get the first and biggest piece.

What the world needs are people who take a piece of the pie with the intent of leaving some for others.

Oh come on. I disagree with monovillage on pretty much every level ideologically, but that wasn't a bad joke. I snickered. Give him some credit at least.

liberal groups like Common Cause are attacking the organization out of frustration that “they don’t have a comparable group that is as effective as ALEC in enacting policies into law.”
Ding ding ding, we have a winner. Just hypocritical sniveling and whining by people who adore moveon.org, common cause or other idiotic groups.
