Alcohol 120 won;t make a image.

i can't make cd images using alcohol 120 anymore but i used to be able to on the same computer and dvd rom.
i even re-installed windows and changed the dvd-rom position from 1 computer to another but it still does not work. i figure it has something to do with the oblivion dvd but i when i try dvd i did backup it still does not.

problem is i get a blank in the place where it display the sessions on the dvd. any idea whats wrong.

Are you using the most recent version of Alcohol 120%?

YES. version 1.9.5 build 3823. just checked the site. it is the latest version.

Is this a legit version or a pirated version? If it's the latter than that could possibly be it. If it's the former, I suggest e-mailing tech support.

what do you mean pirated version. it is the trial version that expires in a month but since i usually format windows in less than a month i never needed to crack it/buy it.
