Alcatel Speed Touch PRo Dsl modem. How to play games in the net if i dont have an Ip adress

Im using this dsl modem but when i try to put an ip in any games to play a multip´layer game i cant play, cause all the time my ip is 10.0.0.139
Can i specify a IP adress????????
