ALC650 vs. ALC658, noticable difference?

I was considering getting an abit AN7 board, and I noticed in used the ALC658. I've read its supposed to be an upgrade of the 650 with a better signal to noise ratio, but does anybody know if its really any better quality wise for recording or playback?
