Fuck, another shooting in Albuquerque?? This was posted 18 hours ago. The witnesses are all claiming police didn't identify themselves and just opened fired on the guy immediately. Well, I guess there will be another protest and rioting if the FBI doesn't hurry up with their investigation with what is going on with the police there. I guess the police have made up their minds that they are the executioners now and that they serve out justice and not a jury or judge....sigh

Suspect was inside of a vehicle. A vehicle can be used as a deadly weapon. Therefore the suspect was armed with a deadly weapon. The police were justified in shooting him.

They did administer life-preserving care on the scene though.

Seriously though, what is the point of applying gauze to his head?

That is pretty spacious logic. By that logic with any traffic stop an officer can just walk up to your window and blow you away point blank.

No... they can't.

They have to ask you to get out first, and if you don't. Then bam.

That guy survived?

I watched the video first and thought that dude was dead.

Sounded like he was talking before went unconscious probably from the pain.

I thought I heard him say kill me now please.

Then his hands stopped moving shortly after that.

There should be a dedicated sub forum to the new police state in the U.S. or at least a sticky thread here in P&N for it.

i cant believe that no thread on this week old story.

wow 23 police shootings by the Albuquerque PD in 4 years? Thats huge for a city the size of Albuquerque

How can anyone keep up with all the police shooting not just in New Mexico but all over the Country?

There needs to be at a minimum a sticky thread for it all or even a sub forum dedicated to the American Police State.

You ever watch a pair of young lions get their first kill? Not much dignity to it. The lions maim but don't finish the job. They play around with the prey half expecting the creature to spring back to life. Then the mother comes in and does what is right.

These liquored up pigs were set on blood from the very start. This man was prey to be abused and experimented on. The flash bang was cute. That was the tell that this poor man was done for. Set the dog on him just for kicks, irony being if the dog was more trained than these pigs the man may still be alive. If these green cops had bayonets on their rifles they would have used them to...

All in all a murder plain as day. Shot in the back, run down like an animal, toyed with and killed in the sorriest way possible. I wouldn't be surprised if these pigs took a trophy shot kill to end the day. 3 pigs smiling on one knee next to their murdered victim with the scalp being pulled back in one of the hooves. They climb down those rocks giving themselves high fives recounting their good shoot.

Yes absolutely. Every traffic stop is a potentially hazardous situation for a cop. Why do you think they have tint laws in many states? To make sure that you're not doing something which may endanger the life of a cop. You can never be too careful when it comes to protecting the lives of the boys in blue, better to kill first and let the police internal review board sort it out. They're honest, they will always come to the correct conclusion.

Glad to see that at least once and a while, police are held accountable. No excuse for what they did.

This is of course the after the DOJ found that the APD "has engaged in a pattern or practice of excessive force, including deadly force."

Good update. Glad to see some action taken. Guy was a good 30 ft away, no need to open fire on him like that, especially in the back...
