yes, V core adjust goes up to 1.85 volts, FSB goes to 200 in 1 Mhz steps. A few other things worth mentioning:
1. PCI/AGP lock - u can lock the PCI/AGP bus at 33/66 Mhz
2. DDR Voltage adjust - 2.5 to 2.8 volts in .1 volt incremnents
3. AGP Voltage adjust - 1.5 or 1.6 volts
4. Memory Ratio - with 100 Mhz FSB CPUs, you can run at 1.5 (debugging) or 2.66, with 133 Mhz FSB CPUs you can run at 2.0, 2.5, or 2.66.
The Vcore on this board seems to undervolt by about .25 to .5 volts. I am currently burning in a 1.8a C1 stepping CPU on this board with Vcore set to 1.675v and it shows running 1.632 in CPUz. Under load it runs at 1.616V. Other than that, I can't find any problems with the board. Make sure you install the latest official bios when yu get the board.
