I'm not quite sure what sensors I should use on MBM...anyone know? Also, I notice that in the BIOS it says my CPU AND SYSTEM temps are almost 100F :0 Now, not sure about the CPU, but I know for a fact my system temp should be around 75-80F. Anyone else having trouble? Anyone know any solutions?

Also, my case has 3 pins for the power-light, however on the board it's only 2 pins. I had to pop a pin out and move it over so I could fit the plug into the header. However, the light isn't on full brightness. Very dim, almost like not enough voltage is pumping through to the LED. I tried flipping the header, but the light goes off. Any ideas?

Thanks in advanced.

Thanks for the link. I'll check it out.

Same LED problem? I'm glad I'm not the only one. What case you have?

Coolermaster 201-B.

Power LED wants 3 pins, but there are only 2. It's green though, so I'll probably replace it soon anyway. Was kinda odd to put the system together and then get to the LEDs to realize that it won't fit. ;)

Windbond 1 = 39 C
Windbond 3 = 42 C FULL CPU LOAD
Windbond 2 = 71 C or 71 C does not change a lot even if CPU is under full load it changed again to 20C after I stopped SETI@HOME

According to Sandra 2003 the CPU temperature is showing at 70 C (after I stopped SETI@HOME Sandra read CPU temp the same as Windbond 2 now I think this is the true CPU temperature)

I am confused
when I tough the CPU heat sink it is warm to the touch appx. 40C
I am using stock Intel Heatsink on P4 2.4B
for power LED I just use the turbo light since it has 2 pin connector

The link does not tell what Windbond 2 is
SANDRA PICTURE
note on the AUX POWER TEMPERATURE DO YOU KNOW WHAT THAT IS?

well now the CPU temperature seems to run lower
CPU TEMP Stays around 30 to 35 now at full load
idle is like 28 almost same as room temperature.

now the reading is Windbond 1 = 40 C Windbond 2 = 32C Windbond 3 = 44

SETI@Home estimated time to complete a work unit dropped from 3:30 to 2:50
and my benchmark score improved a little bit
maybe the thermal paste on the stock CPU fan melted and the heat dissipate improved or something.
this is really weird

more picture to be confused
Sandra 2003 shows Windbond 2 to be CPU temp

and Seti spy shows windbond 3 to be CPU temp

looking at the reading
Windbond3 is the realistic value for CPU temp
