Here is a copy of my email I sent to support, so I don't have to type it out again :)

Hello, first off, here are my system specs:

Antec True Power 330w PSU
Albatron PX845PEV Pro
Intel Pentium 4 2.53GHz
1024MB (2x 512MB) Corsair XMS3200
PNY GeForce4 Ti 4400
Soundblaster Live! Audigy
3Com 905B-TX 10/100 NIC
Leadtek Winfast TV2000 XP Deluxe
Western Digital 100GB ATA100 7200RPM 8MB Cache
Lite On 32x12x40 CDRW
Toshiba 16x DVD

Here is my problem:

While playing 3D games, the system will lock up for around 6-7 seconds, then come right back. This happens on Unreal Tournament 2003, 3D Mark 2001, and 3D Mark 2003. It happens randomly. Every single component of the system ran together perfectly on my old motherboard (ABIT BD7-II), so I am baffled as to what can be causing this. At first I thought it was because of overclocking, but I have since put everything back to stock speeds and it still happens frequently. I have also flashed the BIOS to the latest version on the website and the problem still occurs. Any help is appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Any ideas

1st thing I would try would be to pull the SB Audigy and activate the onboard sound and try it that way. You may have an IRQ conflict with the sound card.

Have you checked your IRQ's.

The old ways still hold. Strip it to base configuration and try it. Even try another vid card if you can. Also try the different HD controllers. Then add one componant at a time until the problem resurfaces. My Pro II S runs sweet clocked to 2.81GHz. I adjusted the Vcore to 1.525 so the actual voltage reported 1.5 according to the HW monitor in the BIOS and with mem at 2-2-2-6 in turbo mode @ 2.6Vdimm. Prime95 torture test ran 24 hrs. UT2003 seems fine so far. All this on a lapped Intel heatsink. Going for a copper soon :)
