Albatron PX845PE Pro II comments...

Anybody seen this board yet (http://www.albatron.com.tw/product/PX845PE_Pro_II.php) it seriously looks like it is gonna rock. it has everything except AGP 8X but from what i hear it doesn't make that much of a difference (is that right?)... anyways i've never had an albatron board are they any good? when will these be available to buy?
