Is this mobo worth getting? I will put a P4 2.8 inside, and 512 Megs of DDR ram.

I know its the older i845PE chipset, but do the new chipsets have any outstanding features to justify a purchase?

Also, if I throw, lets say, PC3700 DDR ram into the board, will it just underclock the RAM from 466mhz to 333mhz...or will it be incompatible?

If you have any recommendations for a mobo/cpu combo that will total under $700ish, please recommend away.

I have the that board in my current set-up.
It overclocks very good and is a very fast board
I would buy it again
