The Overclocking page is hidden in nVidia reference drivers. The patch is called Coolbits, and it's available as a downloadable registry patch (I don't know where to get it though, sorry; I use Rivatuner too🙂), or else it can be enabled via the Power User tab of Rivatuner, under the Control Panel Global set of options. I don't bother though, Rivatuner does a fine job of overclocking and tweaking at the same time. And it's got an advantage over Powerstrip - Rivatuner doesn't keep trying to get you to register; it's free. 😀
