Alaskan pollack: good fish?

It's on sale, can't say I ever cooked any. Is it a good fish?

Yeah I am pretty sure they do, but that add some seasonings and other things to it too.

it's a lower quality fish, plain as itself, but makes some good imitation crab and lobster, given the right flavorings.
