alarm clock/winamp software??

as Im about to go to sleep and thinking of my terribly annoying alarm clock, I was wondering if any software exists that allows you to schedule a start of a program, such as winamp, and then to actually start playing songs......just wondering, thanks in advance....good night.....
 
use task scheduler to start winamp or any other program & enable the "play on startup" option in that particular program.
 
If your BIOS supports it (mine does) you can have your computer turn on at a specified time. Mine lets me do it daily or specify any day in the month. My MB is an Epox 8K7A with an Award BIOS.
